Cancellation Policy

Your stylist reserves your appointment time exclusively for you. To respect their schedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A deposit and a valid credit card are required to book all services. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to modify or reschedule your service.

For cancellations made online with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be returned as a credit to your client account for future services. If you prefer a refund instead of account credit, please contact our team and we will gladly assist you.

We collect necessary contact and appointment information to provide services and will not share or sell your mobile number or any personally identifiable information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
